Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Master the art of spreading risk and ensuring uniform profits.

It's quite simple! Just enter the odds (quotations) for each selection you wish to bet on and the total amount you want to stake. The calculator will then determine how much should be staked on each selection so that, if any of them win, the profit is the same.

Odd: It is the value paid for the event you bet on. The higher the probability of a result occurring, the lower the price operators will pay you, and consequently the return will also be low. Similarly, the less probable the outcome, the higher the odds of the event.
Investment: Total amount to distribute across bets.
Profit: Calculation of total return on investment minus the stake amount.
Return: Winnings if any of the bets are successful.
ROI: Acronym for "Return on Investment", represents the profit percentage relative to the invested amount.
Commission: Fee charged by some operators on net winnings.

Dutching is the sharing of risk across multiple bets. The correct stake for each selection must be calculated so that the return is the same if any of them win.

Dutching bets can be divided into 3 main types:

  • Simple: It is the most basic form of Dutching, where the stake placed on each market is adjusted to ensure equal returns.
  • Stake Limit: It means that the total stake remains the same, regardless of how many bets are placed.
  • Set Profit: In this scenario, you place your bets according to the profit amount each bet provides.
