1. User Registration and Security
Any and all calculation tools, forecasts, and articles provided by the Dutching Calculator are considered "Portal Content". The platform may require prior registration, in which case the user agrees to provide true and accurate information.

2. Access to Tools and Terms of Use
The Dutching Calculator offers free tools and/or tools with restricted access (if there are active plans). The content is intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use. The reproduction, sale, or distribution of any tool, calculation, or code from the portal without prior authorization is strictly prohibited (Art. 184 of the Penal Code and Law No. 9,610/1998).
The platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance and technical improvements without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions and Refunds
If the User purchases products or services through the platform, they are guaranteed a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
