The Alvirrubro Relief: Náutico Guarantees Your Spot!
The Náutico fans can breathe a sigh of relief! On a night of pure emotion in the Aflitos, Timbu showed determination, beat Avaí and, as a bonus, sealed its stay in the Series B of the Brazilian Championship. A result that is worth its weight in gold and banishes the specter of relegation once and for all!
The Hero of the Night: Benjamín Borasi Decisive!
And the name of the night? Benjamin Borasi! It was from the striker's feet that the goal came that guaranteed the red-and-white party. A move of pure opportunism that blew up the stadium and secured the three crucial points for the Pernambuco team. The victory not only kept Náutico in the second division, but also threw cold water on Leão da Ilha's intentions.
Pressure on Leão da Ilha: Avaí Feels the Blow
While Timbu celebrates, Avaí's situation becomes more complicated. The defeat at Aflitos increases the pressure on the team from Santa Catarina, which now needs to react quickly to avoid seeing its objectives in the competition go down the drain. The Brazilian Championship is a marathon, and every point lost makes a huge difference in the end. For Náutico, the mission was accomplished masterfully, with the fans already dreaming of a calmer future in Série B!
